  • Identify and facilitate land acquisition
  • Liaise and engage with third party, government agencies, utility providers and other key project stakeholders
  • Pre-building Contract Works
  • Manage and coordinate project approvals
  • Evaluate and recommend project consultants for appointment
  • Design management from concept to final construction drawings and documentation.
  • Develop Scopes of Work and Specifications
  • Prepare tender packages & undertake assessments
  • Value optimisation and risk management assessment
  • Market research and product definition
  • Independent reviews (Independent Peer Reviews; IPR)
  • Risk identification
  • Cost and schedule range analysis

CONSTRUCTION

  • Construction management of head contractors, subcontractors and consultants
  • Provide oversight on statutory compliance
  • Undertake contract administration
  • Fulfill the role of Project superintendent
  • Client-side Project Management – Representative
  • Australian Standards and bespoke contract forms
  • Manage project scheduling and cost control to ensure KPIs are tracking to plan and reported accurately.
  • Risk management

HANDOVER

  • Handover and commissioning planning
  • Facilitate handover to end users and contract closeout
  • Defect liability management
