SCOTT ALLEN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Scott is a senior Project Management Professional and Registered Building Practitioner with over 25 years of experience across various sectors, including multi-residential apartments, townhouses, modular construction, land development, commercial and retail spaces, warehousing, demolition, and Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) projects that support mining expansion and asset sustainability.
Over the past 15 years, Scott has successfully delivered more than $650 million worth of NPI mining projects for two global blue-chip mining companies. Notably, he served as the Project Director for a 386-room worker accommodation village supporting the Kemerton Lithium Hydroxide expansion project, guiding it from feasibility through to commissioning and handover. Scott also managed the accommodation and operation of the village.
With a diverse background spanning roles as a Civil Contractor, Commercial Builder, Land and Housing Developer, Engineering Consultant, and Client/Owner Representative, Scott brings comprehensive construction knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills to every project.
Scott has managed projects ranging from $300,000 to over $180 million, covering all aspects of the project lifecycle. He places a strong emphasis on health, safety, and risk management, driving project success through fostering productive stakeholder relationships, continuous improvement, quality deliverables, and adherence to industry best practices.

MARK WRIGHT
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mark brings over 20 years of expertise in project controls and has successfully managed multi-billion-dollar investments, including landmark projects like the London 2012 Olympics and the Albemarle Kemerton lithium processing plant. He has earned a reputation for excellence in major capital projects.
Over the past 10 years, Mark has led a dedicated team specialising in project controls, scheduling, cost management, estimating, reporting, and HSE, alongside business development. He is motivated by a strong desire to tackle challenging projects that deliver real value for clients, especially in capital-constrained environments. His guiding philosophy is straightforward: excel at the basics, be proactive, and always fulfill commitments. By harnessing technology and his deep project controls expertise, Mark ensures each project is executed with precision, aligned with client needs, and yields measurable results.
One of Mark’s proudest accomplishments is building and leading large teams to achieve excellence in their fields. Mark’s leadership style is open and engaging; he encourages his team to aim high and uses thoughtful questioning to stimulate critical thinking. He believes in clear and intentional collaboration, ensuring all parties contribute their expertise toward successful outcomes. Additionally, he prioritises effective risk management, engaging clients and teams in transparent discussions and focusing on practical, actionable mitigations.

SHANNON BROWN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Shannon is a senior project delivery leader with over 20 years of extensive experience across various sectors including mining (both brownfield and greenfield), marine, commercial, residential, land development and high-end fit out projects. His career began with a strong foundation in trade and master craftsman qualifications, focusing on the construction and fit-out of high-rise residential, commercial, and luxury marine projects.
Shannon’s career trajectory quickly shifted towards his passion for major projects and asset reliability management. He has held senior roles with globally recognised organisations, both client-side and as a primary business unit representative. His expertise spans the successful management of large-scale, business-critical initiatives, including overseeing multi-billion-dollar asset portfolios, capital expansions, operational readiness programs, non-process infrastructure developments, and complex engineering and construction projects from feasibility through to final commissioning and handover.
His project management experience covers a wide financial range, from $50,000 to over $180 million, totalling approximately $400+ million. Shannon is action-oriented, with a relentless focus on safe and effective delivery, driving client success. His key strengths include exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong bias for action, commercial acumen, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Shannon is known for his methodical approach, balanced lateral thinking, and visionary mindset, which help him transform complex challenges into actionable objectives.
